 Is your clock wrong?
« Thread Started on Mar 30, 2009, 11:06am »

Hi folks

We can change the forum clock so that it reads the correct time when the clocks go back and forward.

But you may wish to change your individual settings so that when you post it shows the correct time you are posting.

To do this go to your profile then modify profile and scroll down to dates and times and change your time zone, most of us this will be GMT (in October) or GMT+1 (in March). If we have any members from overseas they will need to set it to their time zone. Don't forget to click the modify profile button at the bottom of the page to activate the changes, you may also need to put your password in.

Hope that all makes sense, any problems ask.

Regards
Graham

Hi Derek (love the avatar)

In the admin panel for the forum there isn't the option to click on a DST box there is just a drop down menu with all the different time zones. In the individual user's profile there is that option.

So we have to change the admin panel to change the time settings on the forum and then individual users have to change their profile to whatever time zone they are on depending where in the world they are, if that makes sense.

Graham

P.S. I like your youtube pics of your van, thanks for the link to the forum, we could put a link from the main website if you like.
