I keep reading about the sumptuous meals that everybody seems to cook in their motorhome. But I am a widower and I subsist on ready meals.
All the recipes that you post are for at least two people,and seem quite complicated to me!
I am taking delivery on a Duo HyLo in June and I have already bought the Skillet pan set. I also plan to buy a small microwave.
Can anyone help me with some simple meal preparation

You could try halving the quantities to make a serving for one. It might take a bit of trial and error but it would be fun trying!

If you type 'one person recipes' into Google you also get quite a few websites coming up, like this one:
