We've bought a Remoska cooking pot a couple of months ago for our Romahome. Since then, have hardly used the kitchen oven at home. An excellent product. Now for the silly question. If we go out wild camping or to a site with no EHU, would a 2 stroke camping generator provide power for the Remoska?

We also bought a Remouska for the camper. It is the smallest one and was £50 (Lakeland have now put the price up to £60). We now use it all the time at home in place of the oven, a brilliant piece of kit. Ours takes 300W, the normal one is 450W I think, the wattage is on the underside of the lid handle on ours. A small genny like this gives 650W continuous load so should be OK. I have one but don't use it for camping, 'er indoors demands civilized pitches with EHU www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp;jsessionid=IPWMB1NXEGIN0CSTHZOCFGA?id=42248&ts=72443#If you are brand conscious and have unlimited funds you could use a Honda, only £599 ;D www.hondagenerator.co.uk/pages/Honda_EX7.htmDerek PS I must remember to use the spill chucker spell checker

just a thought, re the remoska, we have had ours for several years now, using it indoors to cook everything, then discovered a 1000 watt inverter, from the 'net, it will drive the Remoska, we also have a 110 amp leisure battery. Go for it when wild camping,,,,,, Jack & Patty, Cornwall
