Hello Ant, my reversing lights have started staying on constantly. As soon as I switch the ignition on they light up and remain on. Was told maybe my light units at the rear had a bad earth, they were corroded by water I think so I got two from a breakers and put them in, no difference. A friend who was advising me to do these things said maybe there is a switch somewhere which is faulty, basically I have no idea where to look and have resorted to taking the bulbs out. Any help on this would be much appreciated as always. By the way, I hope you enjoyed the NEC show, I had no chance to visit, would have only upset me to realise I can't afford a new Roma! Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve. The reverse light switch is in the top of the gearbox housing. If you look under the air filter you'll see the lever that works the clutch, next to that is the reverse light switch, you can pull the wires off and unscrew it. If the plunger on the switch is stuck in thats your problem, if it looks ok, then lokk at the brown multi connector under the drivers seat they tend to sit in a damp environment and corrode for a passtime. Many thanks Ant, I will have a go at the things you suggest this weekend. It could well be under the seat as it is definitely quite damp under there, just for your info the engine is still going really well, the Swiss journey seemed to improve it if anything.
