We had a bit of a problem on the Dimension 2 that we bought last August - the upholstery at the back of the front seats was pierced and torn by the seat runners whilst in the bed configuration. We reported this to the dealer who got in touch with Romahome. It took Romahome a few months to respond (not good) but once they did, they've been very good. Now they've sent someone from the Isle of Wight to fit new seat covers and new runners so it won't happen again.
We are in Herefordshire so it's a fair distance but it saves us the inconvenience of having to take the van somewhere to have it done which I think is good service. So, well done Romahome - a little slow, maybe, but you got there in the end.

Thats good news Doug, glad you got it sorted as you say they could have been a bit quicker with the initial response but it's great they sent someone out to do it.
