First time out in C15

Hi All - First time out in the C15 and what a cracker. It drove smashing on the motorway, ended up at flamborough north landing and what a lovely little cove. Beautiful day, walked to flamborough head. Stayed in a nice camp site, motorhome and caravans only, ELU and water, no toilets £9 per night - Warden very helpful.

Night before hubby broke handle on portable fridge, needed the assistance of a knife to get in it... velcro to mend it temporary
Forgot the pillars - side cushion and rolled up towel errr not very comfy
Dog drank too much sea water - up 3 times in night and slavering all night
Taking portaloo out of romahome - walking backwards (why cannot think) slipped out of my hands onto floor but did not spill (thank goodness)

Other than little hickups - great did not even have to put up the awning and managed a glass of asti to celebrate.

Cannot wait for next time out - will post pictures soon.

Sounds like you had a great time, you've got your first outing under your belt and we've got the whole summer in front of us, lets hope for lots more of this lovely weather.

Well done you!! It's great when you've got the first time under your belt, isn't it? Sounds like yours was heaven sent, what great weather this last weekend!! My first overnighter was in below freezing conditions but I was snug & warm and thoroughly enjoyed it.

As Graham says...let's hope for more great weather.
