hello,we have a factory awning that came with our romahome duo 1999,whilst it is a good awning it is a bit to small for our need,can anyone recomend one that is around 3 meters square or more,we just bought a secondhand one off ebay which has a rear roll up zip pannel that is 5ft 6" wide and nearly 8 ft heigh,that meens we could back the duo at least a foot into the rear of it ,,the awning is a NR MOTOR CHATEAU 12ft by 8ft, we have not tried to errect it yet due to the weather ,but we wondered if any other duo owner has tried this option or couls recommend any other awning ,,we are 2 oaps so a lightweight one would be better ....HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.......HEIDI

Hi, I have a movelite awning and they do an extra large, plus the navigator, BUT since awnings go on the back of the vehicle you need to be aware that not all pitches have the length to fix a rear awning, and that you may need to use at the side. which defeats the object sometimes. I use a 3mt square day tent instead of an awning at times, usually pitch this between my vehicle and my sons tent, but again at the side. I have the Harrison awning as well, a Utility tent, day tent and sinc e this year a gazebo but I am sure that my son will deem that I shall need something more this coming year. - My new year resolution learn to say NO to David!!!
