1994 M Reg Romahome Hi-Top "Charly" for sadly for sale cheaply as we need to save money towards buying our first home. We paid £3,500 for him under a year ago and have used him a few times with few problems. We have taken him to two garages for check ups just for peace of mind and have had the alternator replaced. We had the engine checked thoroughly and it's all ok. The problems - we don't seem to have been given the right key for the passenger door so it can only be locked from the inside. We have not found this to be much of a problem and the lock could probably be changed easily. The water pipe has come away from the tap under the sink (this has only just happened and we are going to see if we can fix it this weekend). There are a few rust spots on the doors and bonnet which you will be able to see for yourself but they are not serious and have previously been treated with anti-rust paint. MOT'd and taxed until this April (2008). Comes with all the usual Romahome refinements, overcap sotrage/small bed, double bed, under seat storage, electric hook up, cooker (with gas canister and spare one), 3-way fridge, sink, running water (when pipe fixed), leisure battery, pelmet storage, lights, table, cushions, carpets, standing blocks etc.. He also comes with a silver screen, big drive away awning/tent and spare cam belt (though we had the current one checked and it's fine). Because of the problems we understand we won't get as much as we paid for him and are only asking for £2,800. Update: the pipe from the sink has come off the connection to the pipe from the water tank. It hasn't broken though and just needs to be re-attached or joined up with an additional length of pipe. I'm not sure how to do it but someone who knows the vehicle or is good with plumbing should be able to do it.
