For the past 2 or 3 weeks we have watched a pair of blue tits rushing back and forth with food for their babies in the nest box on our shed. This morning they were there, but when we returned home just after lunch the adults seem to be ignoring the box and concentrating their efforts on the hedge. We can't see any babies there, but the hedge seems to be shaking rather a lot so we assume that the babies are there. A bit mean to sneak the babies out when we weren't looking but we hope that they are all OK and will flourish out in the big wide world. We just have to remember to get the box spruced up ready for next year. Wendy

You mean you didn't have a Springwatch type hidden camera in the nest? Hope you manage to see them again before they leave, hopefully they will come back next year and use the box for their own babies.
