I have just filled up the Dimension it was over half full to start with and it cost me £40 that means it would cost over £80 to fill it from empty. I filled up at Sainsbury's £1.19 per litre the cheapest round here.
At this rate we will be getting a tandem and a tent. ;D

I subsidise my Deisel usage by adding a bit of Veg Oil (Rapeseed) to the tank before filling up.The Bongo definitely runs well on it and there are reduced nasty emissions, only problem is the sometimes very nice smell of chips or popcorn from the exhaust.
Its not recommended for all deisels especially the more modern engines but luckily the Bongo could if required run on 100% Veg Oil if required (Not of course in Winter where it should be reduced).the unfortunate thing is that the supermarkets have cottoned onto this and prices have crept up a bit lately.
As an indication my last MOT which was April 2007 the van scraped through on emissions test and was very sooty during the test. This year April 2008 same testing station very very little soot and passed easily all down to a bit of Veg Oil in the tank.
MMMMhhh smell my Chips LOL Dabs
