We had a weekend camping at Sandringham and went bird watching at Snettisham RSPB bird reserve, our favourite place, we were on our own in the hide so no one to verify it but we thought we saw a red knecked phalarope which stayed and paddled round for about 3 minutes then moved on.
Our son, who is fast becoming a expert on these matters (or thinks he is ;D) says it was probably a dunlin and a phalarope would be very rare. So I suppose we will never know but we were excited anyway.

Cheers Glen, I feel a bit better now knowing I could have been right, I'll show my knowall son that, he uses that bird forum.
