Everytime that I look today the front page seems to have changed. First the menu at the top was small, then it was bigger and now it's in little circles. Think that I like the circles best.

Well spotted Mrs. Confused! I'm trying to get a bit of a match to the website and keep trying different things - amazing what inspiration you can get while doing the ironing!! Stand by for a few more changes as I try to improve the heading a bit. (That came during a bout of hoovering!)

I can see you run this website with a great deal of love and care Pauline. I love the little changes that you make to improve it all the time. This looks great. Looking forward to the next little tweak. I bet your van benefits from your innovative ideas as well. I have noticed as well that it is easier to type now that you have enabled the cursor to be moved and used slightly differently. Well done you!!!! Viv

Grrr8 ---- Thanks! Still not happy with the white box round the buttons and 'our website' should be along with all the rest. Never mind - enough for tonight!

Hi Viv
I don't think that anything I'm doing should affect the cursor - all I can change are colours and images.
Very strange that you should lose it from time to time. Anyone else having the same problem??
If it continues let me know and I will ask one of the experts.

You will be pleased to know that I've finished messing about! No more changes!! ...... (I think! ) You can now choose from a variety of background images to suit your mood: Default - this is what you should be seeing now with the grass background and is what you will see when not logged in and before you change your options. (New members are automagically set to the default option!) Other choices are: Blue Raindrop Marble Grey Raindrop Cream Texture No Background To change or view the backgrounds simply go to 'my profile' and select 'modify profile' where there is an option to 'select skin'. There you should see the options above. I've added a 'no background' choice for those with dial-up connection so that the pages load quicker. Change it as often as you wish, perhaps to suit your mood or the weather - perhaps a snowy one for winter might be an idea! (If you come across any background that you would like added or you think would look good just let me know) Have fun!

Oh dear, that is so sad. Surely a nice bright colour would brighten your day and remind you of all those sunny camping trips or the raindrop ones to remind you of Hayfield with us! ;D

Thank you for my own personal 'skin', although anyone else is welcome to use it. Not sure about Graham's, but maybe it would grow on me - but hey I have my own and don't need that one. Like Viv, I now find that the cursor behaves itself better.

Wow! Now that's what I call a background! Mind you I might want to go back to the normal one if we lose on Saturday

Hello all I am just experimenting with using the cursor and it is lovely. I can now move around the text without having to just use the up/down/right/left arrows. This site is getting very posh now!!!!!!!. I am about to go and look at the colours on my profile. best wishes viv

That's good news Viv. Not sure what caused the problem with the cursor perhaps a bit of conflicting code that has now been removed? I'm happy with the layout now so it's perhaps best left well alone so that the cursor continues to behave!

Can I have a black background to suit my mood when I am at work? ;D How about a nice mahogany brown wood effect for us chaps ------and fluffy pink for the girlys. Seriously folks, I think it all looks really good. Derek
