Remember some time ago we tried some code to shorten long links but it messed up the photos and had to be removed? Also we tried tiny url to do it. Well, after studying a little about BBCode (a bit like HTML but for forums) I've found out how to do it using the option on here. Right - listen carefully It's really easy once you know how........ When you are in the 'post message' area click the "Add Tags" option that looks like a world with a grey box next to it. It will add a URL tags to your post - link this (Or you can just type them in if you want!) Now, add an = sign and your link after the first URL (the purple bit) then after the first ] add whatever text you want (the green bit) so it should look like this: [ *url =http://smallmotorhome.co.uk] this is a great site[/url *] and it will create this when you post your message: this is a great site* Don't put the red stars in I've had to add that otherwise the code would work rather than show how it should look - if you know what I mean!) At first glance this looks really complicated but honest it's REALLY easy - it must be I can do it! Go on have a go! ;D
