Oh dear - what am doing wrong - I'm selecting the code for Forums - HELP !!! Mike ( with another red face )!! Code for Forums? Wherever are you finding that?! You should have three options come up in the box - just choose clickable thumbnails. You are using the 'upload an image' in the post area I assume?

Forgot to say - lovely pictures. I must have misunderstood, I thought it was ready set out as a camper. Fitting it out should keep you out of mischief for a while! Keep us posted on how it goes. (With some small pictures though )

It is certainly very shiny - you'll have us all dazzled. You do seem to have an awful lot of seats in there. Looking forward to seeing it sometime.

Thanks yet again, Pauline - what i did was to upload them to Imageshack, then cut and paste the "code for Forums link. I'll try the "upload an Image" on here. This must be a "man" thing - the girls seem to have mastered it. Mike the Wally

Who's a clever boy, then?!!! As for fitting it out, Pauline, I doubt that we will. After years of camping with a motorbike we are used to living in a tent - we never used the sink, and rarely the cooker in the Hylo, preferring to cook in the awning, and wash up either in a bowl, or use the campsite sink. This is really what brought on the decision to sell the Hylo and go for the Bongo - although at first Sue wasn't at all keen on one - but when we went to look at a few she realized it was such a versatile option, and with a towbar fitted we could even trail a bike with us. I've just made up a mains unit that will allow us to boil the kettle and burn the toast, and our oldest son is making me up a tray for a leisure battery which will go under the bonnet - dunno how I ever found the time to go to work!! All good fun, though. ;D Mike

Looks really great Mike, I can see from the pics that it is immaculate. You can still make two or three trays to go under that middle bench seat for all the camping clutter (plates, cutlery, food, pots and pans etc). With that, EHU, leisure batt, fridge and telly, I still think it counts as a camper We also cook outside when using gas, use a lecky jug kettle and boiling ring inside when on hookup and the sink hardly at all. The vehicle is very versatile, I like the way the rear seats fold up sideways on your model, put the middle seats forward and folded and you have a good large load area. Have fun, know what you mean about not having time to go to work -------- Derek

Hi Derek - just been reading the Bongo Fury forum (again)!, and one person reckoned he was going to remove the middle row of seats, then, with the rear ones folded up, sleep straight on the floor on Thermarests. He says this option also allows a portapotty. Dunno - we will need to try it first to see how we get on - but there's more than one way to skin a rabbit!! Mike

Dunno - we will need to try it first to see how we get on - but there's more than one way to skin a rabbit!! Mike Definitely a picture for the boys that! And we'll have no skinning of little furry bunny wabbits on here please - I'll have the RSPCA after you! Your Bongo is very similar in design to our son's Misubushi (con't remember the model) buts it great the way all the seats fold as they can get a great combination of kids/luggage/passengers depending on who they have visiting at the time and it means we can all go out together rather than in two vehicles. Perhaps your Bongo could become the future Meet bus and you can ferry us all about!!!
