I don't know if everyone knows about this website, but I only found it today. [red]Siteseeker[/red] It's part of the C&CC and lists all the sites in the Big Sites Book with details, maps and satellite views. I believe that it was launched on June 25th 2007, so it is fairly new.

Hi Wendy
We haven't seen that, it looks really good, I'm sure we will use it and find it really useful. We are hoping to have a few weekends away at cheaper sites (if the weather ever gets better), I have just searched for Hideaway sites with hardstanding and it came up with about 90 certificated sites all fitting that criteria across the country. You can also narrow your search down to particular places and/or different facilities.
Thanks for posting it.
Regards Graham

Would you believe it, Pauline was on the lap top while I was on the main computer at the same time, so you got two replies for the price of one. ;D

Hi Weny,
I used this last week to check out sites for a trip to New Forest area for a family party but had not realised it was new. I found it very useful and found a nice site attached to a really nice pub nearby so thought we would stay a couple of extra nights. But after a 3am bed time after the party (camped in front garden with a load of other guests who had taken tents) we were so tired so we just came home this afternoon after a rest instead of staying on at the pub site.
Must be getting old!!!!
