hahahaha ;D ;D ;D Have put up my 'bargain' £50 movelite and one 'side' of the poles were unattached as the elastic had snapped. Not to worry I thought, still managed fine.. except the two lots of poles seemed different lengths.. And guess what, I'm two poles short! Wondered why it didn't look right! Am calling Outdoor Revolution in the morning to order some. Son came across and said the same thing, so it wasn't a case of me just assembling it wrongly. Can I just ask - if anyone has one of these (the standard movelite, not the xl) - are they supposed to have four angled bits in the middle like the xl have, or do you just get straight poles which bend as they go up? So I'm officially two poles short of an awning! HO HO... Been laughing ever since I thought of this description! My luck, eh?

Thanks Lunnie! ;D
The Xl had angled bits in the middle for the square top corners.
OOOOH! I phoned Outdoor Revolution this am - spoke to a very very nice man who I explained the prob to, and he said he would send me a complete set of replacement poles. When I asked how much to buy and post, he said 'free of charge, I'm feeling in a good mood this morning!' ;D ;D
Got through on the first ring, put through straight away to the person I needed to talk to, and what a result! I don't think I've had that sort of service for many a long year. Just awsome.
He also said that Towsure had sold me a return item, not a storm damaged, and he would be getting in touch with them as they were supposed to check everything was in the bag before they sold them, even on Sale Items. Quite right too. Good job I put it up before I went away.

Just a quick message to say that the pole set has been delivered this morning! Two days, no waiting on the phone - what wonderful service from Outdoor Revolution. Think it's worth buying one of these awnings simply for the aftersales service! :-)
