You can have an avatar (small picture) on your profile if you wish - just go to "profile" and select "modify profile" -where you can make changes to your personal profile.
I've added some Romahomes to the usual pictures and cartoons, you can choose from:
Duo Hytop
Duo Hylo
C15 Hytop
C15 Hylo
Quartet
Outlook
Dimension
If there is a particular van you would like that is not there please ask and I will see what I can do.

To do that go to your profile and choose "modify profile" then choose one of the avatar pics from the drop down menu. If you want your own pic just enter the URL where the pic is hosted (the url is the bit at the top of your browser that begins http://www......) enter this url into the avatar section called "avatar url" in your modify profile Hope that makes sense but please ask if you need help.  |

Hello Pauline. I saw somewhere on the forum that someone had had there camper stolen and wondered if there was a section on the forum for posting a web site for stolen motorhomes. I Googled "stolen motorhomes" and I got a web site where you can advertise your vehicle as stolen on Motohome Fun. I have been hunting for a place to slot this question in so I hope it is okay here. Penny

Thanks Pauline. I have taken the details to work and have posted it on our notice board as we do see a lot of campers in Colchester. A friend of mine had his stolen in London while he was at a friends house. The friend gave hime a lift back to his motorhome and on the way they realised they were driving behind his motorhome. He rang the police with all the details and the area they were in but they didnt respond and he couldnt catch the thieves so he lost it plus all his stuff that was in it. He was devastated. Penny

Hi Pauline, I'd like to change my avatar to reflect my change from hylo to outlook, but despite following your instructions, it doesn't seem to change. Anything I am missing? Any advice gratefully received,

I am a new member and a novice at using forums (gave up on others) I am trying to add a picture and read the other replies but no drop down menu seems to appear, each button I try is something else. I did manage to modify my profile by adding my location so was in the correct screen. Twinkletoes

Welcome to the forum, I have changed your profile to Garfield in the drop down menu so it does work. Click on profile, then modify profile then you should see a little box which says avatar-garfield, click on the arrow at the side and then a lot of different avatars should appear pick the one you want then go to the bottom and click modify profile. If it doesn't work tell me which you want and I will do it for you.
