i have noticed that when I access my own profile from the messages area it does show my e mail address but it is marked (hidden)
Can I assume that no one else can see it if they click in that area.

I think only Admin can see it, but Pauline will confirm this when she comes on, but as Wendy says anyone can send another member a personal message and no one else can see that.

That's right, if you select 'hidden' it is hidden from everyone except Admin who can see it if necessary - but I would never abuse my power!  Joking aside - I would never pass your email address to anyone else without your permission nor use it to contact you without very good reason. I think members privacy is paramount, as is their trust in me. As you say personal messages can be sent to anyone but no one not even Admin can see those! So feel free to talk about me behind my back  |
