Hi all, We've recently been converted to motor caravaning and have bought a TV for the dark winter nights. The problem is how do I choose an aerial? I would prefer an indoor type aerial as I do not want to drill holes in the coach roof but as we spend our weekends in the Scottish Highlands would an indoor aerial be good enough or do I have to use a full size aerial? Can anyone recommend a good aerial? I would appreciate any help as the manufacturer's technical details are double Dutch to me. John

OR You could do as i am going to do, fit a MAXVIEW COMPACT HIGH GAIN ARIAL UHF DIGITAL PICK UP. STICK THE CLAMP ON AND WHEN YOU NEED IT THE ARIAL POLE GOES INTO THE CLAMP.

We got an ariel from a camping shop that has big suckers on it.It just sticks on the side or roof no need for any drilling!! We got it for our caravan as we were at Haggerston Castle and our ariel broke. The signal was terrible on my parents TV but our new one was fantastic and we got all the digital channels so we will also use it on the campervan.
