New private message bar

I've added a new grassy bar below the buttons which tells you about your private messages.

Seems a bit easier to find than the little link in the Info Centre. (You will still get the flashing "you have a new message" box though).

That's good as the floating message box is a bit ethereal!

Thats very good Pauline. I should now notice any messages at the first opportunity.
