Shortly after joining the Forum, I added a picture to my profile. Not a very good one, I decided, so I tried to change it.
Having opened up the edit profile window, I copied the new URL into the space, and all I achieved was to delete the old piccie.
I have tried it several times, even to using one of your standard shots, and all I now have is a square with the "picture blocked" little red cross.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Barry  If you are using your own pic you need "Avatar :" set to "None" and your pic URL in "Avatar URL :" Confused? So am I  At present you have "Avatar :" set to "duohytop" which doesn't have an image. Derek |

This is getting boring!
Go to modify profile
Set Avatar to "none"
Delete previous URL from loaded photo
Copy and paste new URL for desired photo
Set size to 60 x 48
Hit the go button
and
Hey Presto
A blank
The URL copied in has disappeared
I'm going home
So there!

Yep ----- thats what is on this Freeborn price list.  Mind you, the Romahome leaflet just calls it a Duo or Duo plus, bit of inconsistency there. Derek |

It's amazing isn't it. If you use the correct link code, it works!
For some reason I was using the IMG code, rather than the direct link (probably to do with the brain being addled after a long day at work).
Anyway, now I know, I can sort through the piccies and change the shot to suit the mood.
