Pauline, can you help?
I am having difficulties in logging in for less than 2 hours! I can usually just do a quick 15 or 30 minutes, but at the moment it won't log me in unless I go for 2 hours or longer. Is this some sort of ruse to keep me logged in, or have I upset someone?? (There aren't any problems in logging out after only a few minutes.) It's only happened today.

Well whatever you've done, or not done, has worked! I've just been able to log in for 15 mins! Problem solved, thank you. Audrey

Well I could claim to have spent the last half hour working to fix it ;D but the truth is we just tried logging in ourselves for 15 mins and 30 mins and it worked! Perhaps just a blip in the server. I always have it selected to stay logged in for 6 hours but then log out when I'm finished. (Although I have forgotten once or twice and everyone thinks I'm online and got nothing better to do!! )

Hi Pauline,
I've got a new PC at home but for some reason I can't log on to the forum. Tried opening a new account (djsooz1) to let you know about this. It appears it might be a problem at my end 'cos I've logged on at work under my old account now and every thing's ok. Any idea how I can fix this on my home PC?
Thanks,
Sooz.

Hi Sooz Mmmm that is strange. As you can log in at work it can't be anything to do with the Forum. A couple of things you could try: 1. Try selecting 'stay logged' in forever and see if that lets you in. 2. Try deleting the cookies and/or cache on your new computer and see if that helps Apart from that I'm not really sure. Perhaps someone else might have a few ideas?

Hi Sooz
Can you tell us what exactly is happening? Do you get at far as logging in? Are you getting any message when you try to log in?
The new user name djsooz1 has registered with the forum so you should be able to post with that too.

Finally managed to log in via the new PC by allowing cookies and logging in forever. Thanks for your help Pauline. Now to catch up on all the news and gossip..............................
