I don't know what the etiquette is regarding mentioning companies and services on the forum, so if I breach any codes please let me know & feel free to take this off!
However, I'd like to recommend Chris at Touring Caravan Services in Strathmiglo, Fife, to any van owners in the area.
I contacted him when I first got my van, having seen him advertising on Ebay, and he has been great. He specialises in servicing of living areas only, and will come out free of charge to anyone within a certain radius (20 miles I think). I've had a full service and a few odds and ends done, including having a new vent, water pump and replacement window fitted, and I'm really pleased with the service. He was even happy to take the time to show me how to work my fridge, cooker etc when I first got the van and didn't have a clue!
As I said, not sure how everyone feels about "advertising", but I was really pleased with the service I received and wanted to pass on the recommendation to others.
