I do not know whether any one else has had a problem with this? We suddenly realised we had no fresh water on board and when we tried to re-fill it discovered it was coming out as fast as it went in!!! On looking under the van my husband discovered there was a split in the pipe. I rang Romahome , and I cannot praise them enough for their help, the technical guy spoke to Jim, and explained how to replace it, we asked if they could post us one and how much. They rang back within 10 mins and said they would send it FOC, and it arrived early the next day, interestingly a much more robust version than the one on our van, took Jim about 1 1/2 hours to fit as it is quite a fiddly job. I was very impressed with their customer service, and I rang to let them know how pleased we were.

Hi Gill
We have had a problem when we fill our van, its ok until its nearly full and then we do get some leakage but I thought it was from around the joint going into the tank, as the water in the tank gets used the leak stops, I was going to investage and try to seal the joint, but perhaps our pipe is faulty too, I will have to have a look.
Its good to hear you had such good service from Romahome because I have heard different people say the after sales service was not good, the only time we have had a problem was with our Duo when the strip brake light over the back door failed and Citroen wouldn't touch it as it wasn't part of the berlingo van, so we phoned Romahome and they sent us a new light and arranged for a local dealer to fit it for us, we too were very pleased with the service.
