Hi I posted this in the Romahome section, but had no replies! I have found out where the water is comingin, around a window seal, between the fibreglass shell and seal, but not sure what the best product is to seal it. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Hi Jayjay. Any silicone sealant will do the job provided the area you want to seal is bone dry, if there is any dampness the sealant will not work. Also you can have the rubbers replaced by someone like " Mobile windscreens" quite cheaply as the rubbers are not very exspensive. Ant

Well, I finally managed to stop the rain coming in! I bought a tube of silicone windscreen sealer (about the size of a large tube of glue) from my local car shop. Put it all around the outside where I thought it was leaking in (twixt seal and body) with no result! It was still leaking in... so I put some more on the outside glass to rubber and along the inside glass to rubber and hey presto! No more leaks, so I'm glad about that. I don't know how long it will last though. And a good job it was clear silicone as you can't see what a mess I made of it! Now I have put the heater on in there as all the curtains, etc have gone dampish.
