The foam cushions on our 6 year old Hylo spring back to shape v-e-r-y slowly when we sit or lay on them for more than a minute or two. This makes them particularly uncomfortable at night. The cushions have had relatively little use (perhaps 50 nights) and we are real lightweights. Anyone had the same problem and if so is there a solution?

Hi Trevorl
I've not heard of this problem before, it seems strange, particularly after such little use.
Hopefully someone will come along who has had a similar problem and managed to solve it.l

Hi Trevor The foams on our 3 year old Hylo spring back slowly if you press your thumb in but are OK in normal use. We are also lightweights (I am abt 60 Kilo), I find the bed a bit hard, I think the foams needs to be firm to allow for heavier people sitting on them. The following link may be useful to you if you decide to change them. www.network54.com/Forum/208662/message/1116624764/Reflex+or+Memory+foam+mattressDerek

Well, judging by responses to this thread our foam cushion problem doesn't seem to be a common one. We have now replaced our seat cushions with T400 foam (a firm foam, great to sit on and firm to lay on, maybe too firm for some) and this has been a very worthwhile investment. We looked at foam specialists on the net and thought prices were a bit high. We eventually had the foam replaced in the four seat cushions for £207 by a local non VAT upholsterer. The old foam when removed was in an awful state, and why or how it had deteriorated with so little use is a mystery.
