Has anyone tried fitting a better tap or found a way of keeping the mud off it? I am thinking of putting on a marine valve with a 1/4 turn handle instead of the plastic tap that looks as if it came from a beer barrel.

er,Geoff, there's nothing wrong with plastic taps on beer barrels,,,,,,,,,, seems a waste to put them under a camper,,lol J&P, Cornwall
