Hi Everyone,
Kris and I are off to Teversal Camping and Caravanning Club Site on the 28th September. We'll be there for Friday evening about 8 and then leave lunchtime on Sunday.
If anyone is around and wants to catch up then let us know.
We'll bring some towels for you to fold Lunnie ;D ;D

Oh shucks!!!!!! I wont be there, I shall be with mummy as it is her 89th birthday!!! but dont worry, I am sure I shall manage to fold them at some stage.
I am going to Ormskirk next weekend 21st Sept for 2nts but with 365 touring, frugal camping £7per night with ehu not bad eh. then it is off to my second home Turunc, for 2 weeks.
How are you settling in??? Have you planted out the plant you brought in Hayfield???

That's a shame Teversal is just up the road from us and we've never been yet, unfortunately my brother is coming to stay with us that weekend so we can't make it.

Sorry Tim & Kris, but we won't be there as we only got home from France this morning at 1 am. So lots of sorting out, unpacking, cleaning etc to do before we can go away again.
Have a good weekend and hope to see you again before too long - maybe we'll fit in a trip to Norfolk soon.

we have just booked a site at East Retford for this saturday, just for one nightnarrow bridge cottage, has anyone been before?

Not heard of that one, we are in your neck of the woods, we live on the Notts/Derby border, if its any good let us know could be a good site for a weekend short drive break.

Hi Graham, we live in Long Eaton J25 of the M1, I will let you know, Its only £10 per night with electric hook up for both of us, its from the camping and caravan site and is only a small sheltered site

No we can't make it that weekend either.  We will be away on another canal trip  That's two we will miss Tim. You will have to check our diary first in future before you settle your dates ;D Malcolm. |

This Teversal thread was actually started last year, so it has been and gone.
I have locked this thread so it can't be posted on to avoid confusion, we don't want people turning up in September expecting us to be there.
