Small question, Romahome Outlook Duo 2003, purchased Dec 2007, great van but one strange problem, the eberspacher diesel heater does not start when the heat button is pressed, time set, programs disabled etc however after messing about with the programs and controls for about 5 min. lo and behold it starts and can then be shut off and will restart no problem till the next day same problem same solution. any help ??  |

Hi iansal.
It can be very annoying when technology mucks us about can't it. I've only experienced this problem once, in the end I set the correct time on the control panel, programed a 7 day program, then pushed the program disable button ( a P with a line through it appears on the unit). I never touched the program button again and as far as I'm aware it has worked happily since.
Fortunately romahome no longer fit the programable thermostat now.

Hi Ant,
As you said technology can be a pain, went to try your advice last 2 days and the blasted heater started both days no problem, first time since it was bought, you must have scared it. thanks for your advice and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks again.
