Hi Ant The water heater in our Dimension seems to work well on gas as long as there is no wind blowing. If there is any wind it keeps blowing out and restarting itself. If there is a lot of wind it refuses to light at all. Is there an easy solution to this problem?

John - by the sound of how much cake was consumed at the Meet (including mine), no wonder there is wind about!! ;D

Hi John. It may be that your water heater burner has a problem, sometimes if the flame burns just above the burner it is easily blown out. The lifted flame can also be caused by too much gas pressure, try a different regulator and if all else fails shield the heater vent on the prevailing wind side. It's not a problem I come across very often but is nearly always a gas pressure problem rather than an appliance problem. Ant

Ant Thanks very much for that info. I'll investigate along those lines next time we are out.
