Hi Ant - I daresay you've answered this one before. I have a RM4201 fridge which is not very tilt tolerant - the bubble on the level has only to be half in/out for it not to manage without a fight. I have the therm at 7 ! (the bubble in the middle across the fridge)
I have had many fridges in caravans over the past 25 years and two 10 year old vans seemed to be absolutely fine when not too level
The vents appear to be clear.
Help!!!
Is this model one of those tilt intolerant ones and if so what can I do please?
The Van is SIX years old!!!! Thanks Lizzie

Lizzie. I haven't come across too many RM4200 series fridges that are troublesome, it may be that your coolant level is not very high and that makes the leveling far more important. I have had a couple of younger similar fridges loose the coolant in a matter of two years. You can buy the heat exchanger unit separately, but for the extra I'd replace the fridge and not have the hassle of minute levelling. Ant

Hi Ant Thank you everso much for that - at least I know now that the fridge will probably need to be replaced - not something I bargained for but there we go!!! I agree that to put another in will be much better than trying to level it, especially as I am solo and the dog is useless!!!
Many thanks again
Lizzie
