Hi Ant, can you please help, our water tap/pump is playing up a bit, some times the tap will work, then you have to turn in on and off a few times before it works, but its getting worse.
we have tried another water pump and that is ok, my hubby has tried the Continuum from behind the tap and said that seems to be ok...... but is there anything we are missing, the wires to the battery look ok, and the battery connections seem tight....
hope you can help.
many thanks Kriss

Hi Kriss. You don't say but I'm assuming you have a C15 as they do suffer from water tap problems. If when the pump fails to start when you open the tap, leave the tap on and pull the wires in the wardrobe( going to the tap) apart and join the two together ( thats the two coming up from the hole in the wardrobe not the two going to the tap). This effectively bypasses the switch in the tap and you should get wet! If so either replace the tap or fit a separate switch ( a door bell push switch is commonly used). Remember to leave the tap open if you fit a new separate switch otherwise you'll hear the buzzing pump but get no water. Ant
