Any advice appreciated; we never use our water tank and wondered how easy it would be to remove it so we have the extra storage space. Also how easy would it be to replace it if we ever sold up or felt it would be useful.
Should have said it is an Outlook van!

Hi Viv
if you have a duo outlook the same as me with the water tank under the settee behind the drivers seat, then the removal of the tank is very easy, should take about 5 minutes to remove. its just a case of 4 screws to remove the tank, then there are a few jubilee clips to remove the pipe work, and the small whale pump, then to put everything back together its just a reverse proses, hope this info is ok.

Hi Viv When we had our Duo we had a leak in the water tank, we had to take it out to sort it and managed it quite comfortably and I am no handy man so it must have been easy. Alternatively why not put Terry's beer in the tank? He could have beer on draught and you would free up more storage space in the fridge. Graham

Good idea Graham, will mention it to Terry.
Seriously will have a look tomorrow and most likely get rid so we can use the space.
