Hi Ant, I am puzzled by the weight on the registration docs and the weight quoted in our Romahome manual. In the manual it says that the maximum authorised laden mass is1950kg for the fully fitted Duo Hylo (as defined by Citroen). On the registration it says the Revenue Weight is 1864kg. Not a lot of difference I know but just wondered why. It is only because I have had all the paperwork out for 1st MOT, servicing etc. that made me think of it again. Is it anything to worry about?

Hi Moya. The log books can have all sorts of figures on them, my demo Outlook has a gross wt of 3500Kg! on its registration document. The 1930kg is from the original 1.9D Berlingo, the 2.0 hdi would have a slightly different figure and the 1.6 hdi different again although they are all 800kg chassis ( carrying capacity). I used to alter the registration doc (V55) when we first registered them but the DVLA now reject any docs that have been tampered with and trying to get Citroen to do it right in the first place proved to be impossible. If anyone has a figure that is obviously wrong ( like my demo Outlook) it can be rectified at the first MOT and a new log book is issued. The MOT man checks the DVLA information against the chassis plate of the vehicle before doing the test. So I'd not worry about it, if it needs sorting it will be. Ant

Thanks very much Ant. It is confusing isn't it. It went through the MOT so must all be ok then. Thanks again for putting my mind at rest.
