The tap has dropped off!

Hi Ant
The waste water disposal tap for our outlook duo has dropped off along with the metal piece that fixes it to the underside of the van (and the two screws that held it in). I'm left with the green flexi hose which is hanging loose. Is it possible to get hold of replacement parts for these items?
It was caused by a few bangs when going over humps and bridges throughout the summer. It did seem to hang very low and whenever there was a banging noise at the back, it always seemed to be the tap.
When we arrived home yesterday it had all disappeared altogether!

Is it possible to get these items via the post?
