My C15 now in with my local mechanic preparing for MOT & hopefully ready for the road before the end of June. He told me last year that the front suspension struts & springs need replacing. He & I have tried around the internet and locally & to date have been unable to source these. Also my front lights will not pass the MOT (don't ask me how they got thru' last year). What lamps do I need for the C15 & where can they be obtained?
Anybody out there that can advise please? Ant???

Hi Jack. GSF car parts will have the struts and lights, sometimes have to wait a bit longer for the lights with the indicators in them ( although the new lights can be adapted). You have a GSF in Belfast who also do mail order. Unit 5 Windsor Business park, Boucher Place BT12 6HT Tel 028 9066 3866. The struts you nee have a part no N45514 and N45514A Springs may now be main agent only but worth asking. Thanks Ant

Hello Ant,
You're a perfect gent.
I've phoned GSF & they are ordering N45514A + the headlamps (without indicators). No springs.
Hope these work out.
Many thanks again,
Jack

Ant The struts arrived from GSF but my mechanic tells me that they are for a diesel. I should have mentioned in my original query that the C15 was petrol. I have looked at their website but cannot find these. Could you advise me what to ask for when I phone GSF. Many thanks, Jack

Jack. I'm affraid I have only limited experience of the petrol version as Romahome only made a very small number in the early days. I'm sure if you phone GSF they will be able to find a supply of petrol shockers if they are different. You may have more luck asking for a Citroen visa part as the petrol was based on the light van which was similar to the Citoen visa car at the front end. Ant
