According to the Romahome specifications, the difference in height between the 2 models is only 14 inches? This is presumably the height for standing up in without raising the roof and the storage space in the luton. Neither model has cupboards along the sides? Is there some storage space above the cab in the hy-lo? I may need to go to Specsavers, what is the difference in weight between the two of them, or what is the weight of each. Thanks

Hi Baldybantam. Neither R20 has side lockers inside, There is a small amount of storage above the cab in the Hylo version for soft items ( clothes some bedding etc) about 4 inches with the roof down. The weights are very similar, although the you might expect the Hylo to be lighter as it looks smaller, the roof construction and lifting mechanism has to have its own integral strengh and is therefore of a heavier build than the roof of the hytop Outlook which uses the principles of an unbroken egg for it strength. Both have a "spare mass capacity" of 300Kg. spare mass is calculated after the weight of full water and fuel tanks, 75Kg of driver, 75Kg of general junk and the weight of any optional extra listed on the manufacturers price list inc a gas bottle, has been deducted from the carrying capacity of the chassis after the body has been fitted. Thanks Ant
