Romahome 1989 Hytop. You know those brackets under the little extensions at the end of the benches? well mine won't stay folded up so I suppose the springs inside them have gone. What are they called? I've found a good site for brackets but the choice is bewildering and I can't see anything exactly the same as those on the van. I suppose something else of a folding nature would do but has anyone any idea which ones I should buy?
All advice most welcome.

Have you thought of giving Romahome a ring, I think they hold lots of spares, might be worth a try.

Thanks Graham, I rang Romahome this morning and they are sending me some 'proper' brackets which allow the tables to drop down. Someone in the past has replaced the original brackets with the spring type I mentioned which holds the tables in an upright position. It has always puzzled me why such an option would have been part of the original design as it doesn't look nice. My next search will be for pictures of the interior of the 1989 C15 Romahome. I'm not trying to restore my van to it's new state but I am curious about what it looked like.
