Hi Ant, I have decided that Bilbo needs ( more I want ) the fold down work tops that the later demountables came out with. Would you happen to have a pic of these or be able to describe them so that I can make some for my mark 1? or better still have some floating around that I can purchase I am slowly getting to grips with the water system, I found that the guy's who did the wiring didn't wire the brown into the main plug ( OOp's) so I have bridged the green and brown together, I have now just ordered a multi meter ( god bless ebay ;D) and then can hopefully find out were the power is actually getting to, If there is no power after the tap switch, am I right in thinking that the tap will need replacing? Sorry for all the stupid questions. Cheers Dave

Hi Dave. The flaps are simply two flat boards joined by a hinge, one board attaches to the end of the sink or cooker unit with the hinge at the height you want the flap to be. The flap is supported by another hinged flap that drops down to the cushion when the table flap is lowered. As for the switch problem, if you have power to it and not after it ( after you've switch it on!) then join the two wires to the switch together, if the pump runs get another switch, if it doesn't then the switch may not be the problem, it might be the pump. Hi Dave, My mark 2, has two quarter of a semi circle fold down work tops! Is that what design you are after? If so will take photos and measure them for you! I have seen the brackets for sale on ebay! Hope your well! Sunshine1 Ellie
