Has anybody owned or had experiance of the Romahome Quartet. Have asked this question before but nobody seemed to know much so am trying again.
What are they like to drive? Are there any issues that one should be aware of when looking at one. Help would be appreciated.

We did very seriously think about getting one a few years ago before we bought the Dimension. The one thing that put us off was that in spite of the fact that they are 4 berth they don't have proper seat belts in the back.
We had thought about using one to take grandchildren away but opted for the Dimension which has four proper seat belts and although only 2 berth we have added an awning for extra sleeping space.

Hi Sue. The Quartet was a very comfortable thing to camp in, its' only real niggle was its restricted load carrying capacity. The body is quite big for the chassis and you need to remember not to load the very back of it up too much as it would quite quckly overload the rear axle wt limit. Also they all had air bag rear suspension, check they are inflated and working as they need to be for safe operation. Ant

Thank you Ant for coming back to me that is helpful. I rang Romahome themselves today and they were very lukewarm about the vehicle.
They pointed out that the air suspension needed careful maintenance and would be extremily expensive to repair. They also pointed out that repair could be a problem as difficult to source spares.
I have never heard of air suspension so that worries me a bit! Pity because I liked the look of the vehicle.
