Hi everyone, Hope this is in the right section, please move if necessary mods I am looking for good places to go in Scotland with my dog. Although I know Scotland like the back of my hand (I live on Skye) I am new to campervanning and dog ownership, so would love to hear of nice doggy friendly places with great walks. Thanks Sue

Welcome Eilean
I have toured Scotland with two Labradors and more recently with a Rough Collie and think the question should be , 'where is it NOT good to go with a dog?' One of my favourite places is the Caravan Club site at Garliston, overlooking the harbour, small beach, long walks, short walk to pub and two food shops. If in doubt, phone the wardens, they are usually a mine of information. Have a great time traveling.

Hi Eilean
I'm new to campervanning myself and have a westie, I've been checking out campsites using ukcampsite.co.uk it gives details of campsites by location with details of facilities ( dog's wecome) etc. you can also read reviews from ppl who have used the campsites.
