Hi Ant, I am now in the belief that my mrk2 demountable is a mrk5,has Kiwi Dave says it's similar to his newly acquired one! Dave said you can still get replacement windows for the Mrk 5- is this true? If so, could you supply one, and how much do they cost? Posted pics of the revamped Sooty van earlier today, so you may be able to tell me if it is a mrk 5. Was previously told by Romahome it was a mrk2 but that was from a construction number on a receipt. Cheers any help would be appreciated. Sunshine1 Ellie

Hi Ellie. The Mk5 Body had the same windows as the C15 Hytop, the only difference was the position of the window stays and catches changed, the ealier Mk5 windows and early C15s had longer side stays, this meant the fixing on the window itself was low down. The current window, while being the right shape, has the fixing positions higher up the window. If you are going from early to current you will need to order the fixings with the window and refit the catch positions on the body. I don't have a widow in stock, but you can buy direct from "Eco" 01274 679524 ask for Colin, The window is called a Romahome C15 Planet window, it may be cheaper to buy direct than have a dealer put his margin on the cost. Thanks Ant
