Hello all Romahomers. This is for Ant or anyone who can help with this query. Some of our LED lights -the top ones above the door of our DUO have stopped working.I have undone the housing but can't see how to remove the bar with the LED lights to replace them.Brute force might not be the answer and the wires don't have much length to play with.Any suggestions.

Hi Sylvia. You need to remove the cover on the inside ( got the light on it) and all will be revealed, the wires have push fit joints on the inside. The actual light bar is fitted with a screw at each end. Coming soon, the MOT test will require two thirds of the upper brake light to work, currently only one led need work to pass the MOT. Ant

Ant,Managed to remove LED easily and have spent time looking for a replacement.Romahome managed to find one in their workshop for a price,so we will be able to replace, but the type used in our hightop are no longer available. This could present other owners with a bit of a problem in future, although I suppose you could just remove unit and not have the upper rear light. The only other solution I can see is to remove the actual array of LEDs from the red plastic housing and try and find the little bulbs in say Maplins.Maybe a clever handyperson could do this.Just a thought... Sylvia
