Hi Guys, well our new to us toy, took us on our first trip last week. We were only going to west Wales, but as we went up the A55, as I wanted to try it out on the Ms lollll. I turned off and went onto the M56, THEN M62, And guess were we landed lolllll, (( Yorkshire puding land )). Whitby first thing in the morning is quite busy, we had a full breakfast jest outside Whitby, from a nice lady in a catering van, on a lay by. So our first meal in the Motor home, was cooked by another person loll. We then waited for the shops to open, but had a great walk around the harbor. Then we went on a steam train trip to heartbeat, great time. We stayed at a site by Scarborough for 1 night, then maid our way to join BCC Yorkshire DA Rally 4 a few days at £5 a night great value. And what a great bunch of guys, we both enjoyed it, and Bryn the dog was so happy also. The cooker was working and everything worked in the camper OK. We recored the fuel usage and miles we done 625 miles, that worked out at 47.4 per gallon, much better than we thought it would. SO HIDEHI CAMPER IS HERE TO STAY JEST CANT WAIT NOW TO GO AWAY ( AGAIN ) WE WAVED AT CAMPERS BIG AND SMALL MOST WAVED BACK, SOME SOME WERE SNOBS. MUST BE THEY THINK THEY HAVE A BETTER JOB.

That sounds like a good trip! The best fish & chips in the Uk are at Whitby!
Now, I'd love to camp in Anglesey some time, but I'd like a site by a beach! I don't even know if that is poss in Anglesey, most of the camp sites seemed to be inland when I looked! Know any nice ones, Gwyl?
