Hi Tubaplayer. First drain the coolant out, this can be done by either removing the bottom hose of the radiator or the drain plug on the bottom right of the radiator. Then go under the dashboard on the passengers side of the cab and you'll see the heater valve attached to the side of the heater matrix. Remove the top hose from one leg of the valve and pull it through the bulkhead into the engine bay. Follow the hose to the diesel heater behind the engine and remove it. Reverse the process to fit new pipe. When you fill the coolant up just check that you get all the air out, there are airbleed points to get the air out, either on the thermostat or on the left of the engine bay there's a pair of pipes one with a thing like a wheel valve.
