Whilst on a flying visit to IoW to look at houses, we thought we'd pop into Romahome as we were literally passing.
They were very friendly, particularly Steve (I never found out what his job was) and they took a look at a couple of tiny niggles on the Dimension including the pesky toilet-roll holder that kept coming adrift.
Whilst they did this (and we hadn't arranged the visit in advance so it was good of them), one of the lads gave us a lift to Cowes. When they'd finished the job, they rang me on my mobile and sent someone into Cowes again to pick us up.
They complimented us on the condition of the van, saying how some of the ones they saw spoiled (in their opinion) the original design with their own additions. I suppose they have a kind of doting parent's view of their creations and don't like to see them messed with. We purred contentedly.
So, we got a good impression of Romahome's people and their attitude to their customers.
