Breakdown cover

Hi,

Does anyone have any advice on breakdown cover for motorhomes?

I've just bought a 1989 C15 Romahome and am not sure if a special breakdown policy is required or if the standard ones will cover campervans.

I'm heading off on my first proper trip in about 4 weeks so really need to get it sorted out, just in case...!

I have AA breakdown cover and I know from experience that they will help.... my electrics got sort of fried and they had to get me and the roma..home

Hi Lizzie

A normal car breakdown cover should cover your Romahome, we go with Halfords which were really cheap, we haven't had to call them out yet (touch wood) so we can't comment on the service but their average call out time is 35 minutes.
