Hi Everyone, I rather stupidly misjudged an overhead barrier in my Duo Plus recently and although no serious damaged ensued, the top if the wind deflector was damaged,(scratched and a little hole) and part of the roof suffered small scratches. Also, some of the paint from the barrier - yellow and black- is on the roof now! I rang Island Plastics who were very helpful and guided me towards a GRP repairer. I live in Pwllheli area where there are boat-repairers but they may not be too interested in a damaged Romahome roof. I thought about trying to repair it all myself, being quite handy with practical things , but GRP is new territory for me. What grade of Isopan - or similar- ought I to use? Any ideas, anyone? (Yes, I feel so stupid about this damage and every time I look at it, I feel so cross with myself!!)

What grade of Isopan - or similar- ought I to use? You can get a filler in white specially made for campers and caravans. Details are in this post. Note though that this is a filler for small repairs and scratches. Big holes need glassfibre and bigger ones need bridging first with metal mesh .
