sound of sucking

Hi Ant i have a little problem with my honda acty romahome ,when i take the petrol filler cap off it makes a sucking sound which i take as there must be a vacume building up ,or is this normal Brian

It was probably a blowing noise rather than a sucking noise, many fuel tanks run under pressure.
