Any other campsites run by charities?

Other than the National Trust, which we've discussed on the 'which club to join' thread, does anyone know of any other sites run by not for profit organisations or similar? I'd rather give my money to one rather than a commercial setup. I hadn't heard of the NT ones till earlier this year, so wonder if any organisations hide their sites away?
